This documentary will aim to illuminate the world of puppetry culture and the theatrical puppetry major at the University of Connecticut, showcasing students and faculty who come from around the world to study here.

By engaging in close collaboration with the puppetry department, intrinsic artistry will be explored, contemporary techniques, and rich traditions that define this unique form of storytelling. Through interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and performances, we will capture the emotional depth and creativity that fuel the puppeteers’ craft, inviting viewers to appreciate the transformative power of puppetry as both an art form and a communal experience.
